idc, call it whatever you want. first league will be 32 teams with the wheel and as many rules carrying over from 4.0 as possible. we'll figure out various rules along the way. once we think we've got it down we'll run it back from the beginning. repeat as many times as needed to discover the wheel won't work. etc etc etc etc etc blah blah blah blah blah

players pulled randomly from large pool to populate draft classes
default creation draft contracts
impact of gm contracts further into the future

go to the fbb3 folder
click on the leaguedata folder
create a folder called "tmbsltest"
place the above file in that folder
open the game and load it up
